Thai Shrimp Fried Rice

This is a very simple recipe that tastes really good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of rice
  • 1 Cup of shrimp
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Green pepper
  • 1 Cup if peas
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Lemon

First fry the shrimp with olive oil until the shrimp color turns orange and the shrimp is soft. Add cooked rice to a frying pan and fry it along with the shrimp in low heat. Then add the egg and stir for a minute. Later add the tomato, onion and green pepper and a little bit of salt and pepper for a spicy taste. Decorate the plate with a few slices thin slices of cucumber. 

For extra flavor, squeeze a lemon on the shrimp fried rice!
